With a foundation shaped by boarding-school discipline, an Engineering degree, and advanced management training through an MBA program, I have built a diverse and accomplished career across global markets. Over the years, I have held key leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and General Management, consistently recognized as a top achiever for driving growth, building teams, and delivering results.

My professional journey has taken me across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the Americas, giving me a deep understanding of multicultural business environments, international market dynamics, and cross-border operations. I have spent a significant part of my career in construction-related industries, where I’ve led strategic initiatives, managed high-value partnerships, and contributed to major business expansions.

I bring a blend of operational insight, commercial acumen, and people-centric leadership. Whether developing new markets, shaping brands, I am driven by a commitment to excellence and client/customer engagement.

As I understood that this sector had a professional negligence approach, hence the need of such a platform, which is an extension of that journey — where I plan to share insights, experiences, and learnings from years of global professional exposure and personal evolution.

With hands-on expertise in vehicle painting, wood staining, polishing, tire dealership, transport operations, timber and wood exports, furniture manufacturing, and construction, Mr. Sidhu has built a reputation as a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary professional.

Over the years, he has continued to refine his skills through formal education and industry training, including certification from BCIT and specialized paint training from numerous manufacturing companies. This combination of practical experience and ongoing technical development allows him to deliver work of exceptional quality of international standards.
